After a couple of productive meetings we checked out 2 more restaurants that were on our shortlist for our itineraries. Cabbages & Condoms - Thai restaurant with unique decor. Great food and a place that gives back generously to the community through its profits. Great Harbour International Buffet - Located at the amazing Icon Siam Mall on the 6th floor. Offers a great variety of foods at a reasonable price.

Dutch Mill Groups 1-3 Recap (April 29 to May 21) While our tourism side of the business predominantly services small VIP groups and families, it was an absolute privilege for me to be given the opportunity to look after these three incentive groups on behalfn of our client in Thailand. As we return our focus to our events and hospitality commitments, we are eagerly waiting for our next tour. Tasmania, what can I say? A place full of friendly faces, fresh food, fabulous fauna. There is so much natural beauty that the island state of the south has to offer! It was 10 years too long between visits, I will be back soon to visit the areas we missed and reconnect with the friends we made along the way!

Chaotic week and a bit! Bumping in 3 canteens for the winter sports season. Cooking dinner for 50 senior players. Opening round of juniors on Anzac weekend and throw into the mix a bartending booking for 130 people, and in the background preparing and for first tour of a 3 group series which started on Weds. None of this would be possible without the dedication, effort and support of our team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure we deliver to all our client's in a daily basis. Apologies for the lack of posts so far this year, but let's start off our recap of 2025 so far, with a throwback to where my company found its roots and I found my career calling TOURISM! I first started the company to focus on providing the best value tourism services for my clients and created many great business relationships and opportunities. Then COVID hit, and the industry came to a halt with things slowly to recover. I turned back to hospitality. Almost 3 years ago, I completed my first bartender booking from Airtasker in Dec 2021 at this house.. Since then, my team and I have been back here multiple times, including yesterday! There is always something a little more sentimental when you are back with one of your first ever client. The client is an amazing lady with a beautiful, welcoming family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to have led me on this path and have been so blessed to have met many more wonderful people along the way. Back then, I would have never imagined what started out as a random opportunity to earn extra income has grown from 1 booking in 2021, to 5 in 2022, to a massive jump in 2023 where I completed 26 bookings which led me to rebranding and refocusing my business direction to specialise in both tourism and event services! As I reflect on things before taking a well-deserved break next week to reset for the busier months ahead.
